Fillwaves Global L.L.C.

FillWaves® is an innovative Temporarily Flowable Self-Compacting Material (TFSM) engineered for sustainable infrastructure backfilling. It is composed of locally excavated soils combined with Portland cement, fresh or seawater, and the proprietary FillWaves® Compound (FWC), which consists of naturally occurring highly plastic clay minerals.
This formulation creates a self-compacting material that eliminates the need for mechanical compaction, significantly reducing energy consumption and labour requirements. By enabling the reuse of on-site soils and incorporating recycled materials, FillWaves® not only minimizes construction waste but also reduces the carbon footprint associated with material transport. Its adaptability to project-specific needs and compatibility with both fresh and seawater sources make it a versatile and eco-friendly solution for modern infrastructure development across the GCC and beyond.

What we work

Key Advantages

FillWaves® is produced on-site with mobile mixers or at stationary plants. The mixture consists of soil, binders, water, and additives, thoroughly homogenized prior to transport and placement. Dukanns manufactures specialized industrial units designed to prepare and mix liquid soil materials used in backfilling and infrastructure projects. The machine has a production capacity of 35–40 (m³/h), enabling it to meet the demands of engineering projects that require large volumes of material in short timeframes. Operation is fully automated via a PLC system, providing high precision in the mixing process and allowing for accurate adjustment of material ratios in accordance with technical specifications. This also ensures real-time monitoring and ease of operation, significantly reducing the margin of error. The liquid soil mixing machine consists of a set of integrated components that work in harmony to ensure high efficiency in mixing and precise control over the properties of the final mixture.
